Find the right professional, request an appointment, and manage your booking.
Browse the directory
Go to Artists from the navigation. Search by name or filter by specialty (Hair, Holistic, Cosmetics, Wellness).
Read their profile
Each artist profile shows their specialty, bio, city, average rating, and review count. Verified artists have a checkmark badge.
Watch them live first
The best way to know if an artist is right for you is to watch them stream. Tap Watch Live on their profile.
Tap Book on their profile
This opens the booking request form. Fill in your desired service, date, time, and any notes for the artist.
Submit the request
The artist receives your request immediately and has 48 hours to respond.
Approval stages
Some bookings require multi-stage approval (artist then location). You'll see the current status in your Bookings dashboard.
Confirmation
Once fully approved, you'll receive a confirmation notification and email. Your booking appears in Dashboard → Bookings.
View upcoming bookings
Go to Dashboard → Bookings to see all confirmed appointments.
Cancellation
To cancel, open the booking and tap Cancel Request. Review our Refund Policy for cancellation windows.
Leave a review
After your appointment, you'll be prompted to leave a star rating and written review. Reviews help the community find great artists.
